Community & Stakeholder Engagement

We have a designated stakeholder engagement team of experts that develop, for each and every project, a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP). This provides our project teams with a step-by-step process to engaging with all stakeholders and sections of the community identified. It ensures our approach remains consistent, and relies upon our bespoke, innovative methods that have been developed through rigorous feedback as part of our continued pursuit on improvement.

Digital Engagement

We utilise our online engagement platform to help bring further reach and information to stakeholders and the wider community. Partnering with industry leaders in digital engagement, Go Vocal, enables us to deliver effective online engagement strategies for clients. GoVocal helps us the enhance decision making whilst streamlining project management practices and analysis of complex data sets.

Schools and Young People

Our unique engagement process for schools and young people have benefited many consultation and co-design projects across the country. We understand the need and the considerable benefits involving young people brings to projects which is why we have developed our specific young people engagement strategy. Our expert engagement officers find working with this demographic to be extremely rewarding.

We are fully versed in the 2010 Equality Act with inclusivity forming part of our core organisational values. We plan and deliver meaningful equality impact assessments across all design ensuring that all members of the community are involved, listened to and enabled.

Hard To Reach Groups

We ensure that all sections of the community are connected when carrying out consultation and engagement. We go beyond the traditional methods by working with key community representatives and groups to ensure our communication plans cater for those hard to reach groups. Our commitment to inclusive design ensures we think, plan and deliver on engaging with those that often don’t engage with consultation exercises.

Behaviour Change

We adhere to the importance of behaviour change strategies and have produced action plans and strategies for clients in the private, public and third sectors. Our in-depth knowledge on behavioural science together with a working knowledge of current best practice ensures we deliver behaviour change programmes and activities that are effective and increase significant modal shift.
